Maintaining this site is one of my personal hobbies.  My goals are: (a) to assist would-be appraisers in understanding valuation theory and concepts, (b) to explore the Hawaii real estate market, and, just maybe, (c) to contribute to the appraisal body of knowledge in a way that is meaningful to the valuation community.
